What makes you feel most empowered?


Being a mother does. Ever since I became a mom, I feel like I have found my purpose in life.


What has been your biggest challenge in life, and how did you overcome it?


More than a decade ago, I had my world turned upside down when my personal life became public interest. It was already difficult to deal with my personal issues in the first place, and having it under the public eye made it tougher to face. With support from my loved ones, I was able to overcome it and I believe it also drove me to pursue my dreams of becoming a professional musician. It made me stronger, and it taught me to appreciate the people and things in life that mattered the most.

My mother. What is your biggest regret in life?


If you could go back in time, what’s one piece of advice you’d give to your younger self?


Stop being angry and be kinder to yourself and to others. 


How do you express gratitude towards others?


Through words and actions. 


What do you feel is the best song you've ever released and why?


My cover of Adele's "Someone Like You" because it sounded so raw and I really felt the song while recording it.
