If You Could Watch Everything That Happened In Your Life Until Now, Would You Enjoy It?

That's a tough question, because there are parts of my life where I struggled & was in a dark place. Don't get me wrong, I have no regrets of what's happened in my past, after all because of those experiences, they've molded me into the person I am today.

When I think of all the good, the hilarious, sometimes sad moments, & of course all the love I've experienced during my lifetime, I think if I were to watch those moments back I would most definitely enjoy it!

What mistake did you learn the most from?

When I was younger, I was pretty reckless with money & my spending habits. If I knew what I know now about saving my money & budgeting I would go back & change those habits. Now I enforce those lessons with my oldest daughter & try to teach her how to budget & save for the future, so that she doesn't make the same mistakes I did when I was her age.

What inspired you in dedicating a focus on health and wellness?

I've seen first hand what "unhealthy" looks like. I was that person that never worked out, that ate crap on the daily & there was a point where I wanted to make a change. That change was when my now husband proposed to me. I wanted to be in the best shape for my wedding & look smokin' hot in my wedding dress!

After seeing my results, I knew I didn't want to go back. That's when I dedicated myself to my own health & wellness & helping others to do the same! I know how it feels to not be able to fit into your fave pair of jeans & I also know how it feels when I slide on a pair of skinny jeans & a crop top & have that confidence to rock it! I LOVE helping women to find that confidence in themselves again.

To have that sense of accomplishment that they did something hard, got through it & saw major results.

Having my wellness community & the women showing up for themselves daily gives me motivation every single day to show up not just for them, but for myself.

Showing up & putting in the effort, makes me a better person, a better wife, better mom, sister, daughter & friend.

In one of your Instagram posts, you mentioned that "I've had a lot of shit thrown my way and I always seem to claw my way back out of the trenches... stronger than before it seems." Can you share some of the life experiences that made you more resilient?

Before I met my husband I was in a very abusive relationship. That relationship has taught me so much & made me the person I am today. Because of that relationship, I am the strong, confident mother & wife I am now. When you're stuck in an abusive relationship, whether it's physical, emotional or verbal abuse you can become blinded by what you think is love.

I remember before that relationship when I was much younger I vowed I would never be with someone that abused me & then later I would find myself in that very situation. Promises are always made that they'll get better & get help & as the person being abused, you believe them & fall in what you think is love all over again. But then the cycle of abuse begins again.

Until you realize where your life is heading & only YOU can make the change to get out, which I finally did. And now I know a love I never thought I would in my lifetime.

What's one thing that can instantly make your day better?

When I get home from work & seeing how excited my 2 & 6 year old get when they see me. It's the best!
